Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products and hygiene considerations, returns or refunds are strictly permitted only under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Product Delivery
    If you receive a product different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the product received alongside the original packaging and invoice.
  2. Missing Product(s) in Order
    In the event of incomplete shipment, report the discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery via email to [care@vgrow.in] with your order number, photographic proof of received items, and packaging details. You may also report the same by login in to your VGROW account online on https://vgrowhealth.com/my-account
  3. Transit-Related Damage or Loss
    If the product is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must:
    • Notify us within7 business days of delivery.
    • Submit clear images/video of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.
    • Retain all original packaging materials for inspection.
      Claims will be validated against carrier reports, and replacements/refunds will be processed post-verification.
  4. Expired Product
    Products delivered past their expiry date (printed on packaging) are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Notify us within3 business days of delivery with photographic evidence of the expiry date and batch number.

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Opened or used products (excluding expiry-related claims).
  • Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or subjective dissatisfaction.
  • Damage caused post-delivery due to mishandling, storage, or environmental factors.

Resolution Process

  1. Reporting an Issue: Contact our Customer Support team at [support@vgrow.in] within stipulated timelines, providing order details, evidence, and a description of the issue.
  2. Investigation: Our team will review the claim within 5–7 business days and may request additional documentation.
  3. Resolution: Approved claims will result in a replacement, refund (via original payment method), or store credit, at our discretion. For damaged/lost shipments, we will coordinate reverse pickup at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of claim approval. Transaction duration may vary based on your bank/payment gateway.

Jurisdictional Governance
This policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Tamil Nadu. Garoodhmans Manufacturing Private Limited reserves the right to amend this policy, with updates effective immediately upon publication on [www.vgrow.in].
