Below are some of are common questions about orders

Add products to cart → proceed to checkout → enter shipping details → choose payment method → place order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email/SMS.

You’ll see a confirmation screen immediately after payment, and we’ll send a confirmation email/SMS with your order ID and summary.

Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact support with your order ID as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the address can’t be changed.

Currently, we ship across India only. International shipping isn’t available yet.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (business days). You’ll get a dispatch email/SMS with a tracking link once it ships.

Easy returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. For damaged/incorrect items, raise a request within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per policy. (See our full Returns & Refunds page for details and exclusions.)

Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Non-metro: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
