Every product is crafted with care using natural, wellness-focused formulations, and we strive to ensure a smooth and positive experience with every purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all tags, seals, packaging, and accessories.

The return request must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be returned with a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personal care and wellness items such as oils, tonics, supplements, or any product that has been opened or used.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.

Products purchased during discounted or clearance sales, unless they are damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:

Contact our support team at admin@vgrowhealth.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

Provide your Order ID and the reason for return.

Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to self-ship the item to our warehouse.

Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality check by our inspection team.
Based on the inspection result, you will be eligible for:

Exchange (same product or a different variant), or
-
Refund, subject to policy rules.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated within 3-7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or wallet credit after confirmation.
Note: Shipping charges, COD fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered is damaged or defective.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received
If your product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

For refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability, a return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
